"Terrible customer service. Ordered some parts by phone and when I arrived to collect them some were missing. Tried to blame me for not ordering them even though staff member Bec (out the back) knew exactly what I wanted and that there were not enough on the shelves. Then she wouldn't even speak to me, got her colleague to do it. No apologies, no offer to order them, no responsibility taken. Will never visit again"
"Walked into Bursons, looked around for a particular product and then waited at the counter to be served. And waited, and waited. Was seen by at least 3 staff members but not acknowledged so I walked around a little more, could not find what I was looking for so back to the counter and waited, and waited. Was seen but again was not acknowledged. At least 10 min had passed since I entered the store. Got sick of waiting so I left. Found Repco a few min away. As soon as I walked in, was acknowledged, served, found the product I was looking for and left. All within 10 min. The 10 min I wasted at Bursons was well made up at Repco. Great work peeps."
