"Positives: Good range of product and they had stock on hand ready to go. They're using a courier (Startrack) for online orders (not Australia Post retail - yes I'm aware Startrack is part of the Australia Post group) Communication on their end is good once the orders are processed giving me updates with tracking information. Areas that could use improvement: Both orders were placed on the same day (first order approx 1:50AM Wednesday morning, second order approx 10AM also on Wednesday morning), they shipped out the first order on the same day received, the second order went the day after, they were indicating they had stock of both products, they could have gone on the same day and everything consolidated in the one shipment - there was comments added in the comments field on the second order requesting freight consolidation for both orders to go out together. That's two business days to process two orders for the same customer going to the same address - unless they didn't have stock on hand and had to source it from their supplier, but their website said 'warehouse stock' for all items. Prices are on the premium side, not necessarily industry competitive with all common industry sources globally - I could land the same stuff ex USA from a well known online retailer catering to car enthusiasts globally, including bank fees, exchange rates, shipping costs and inclusive of GST would be close to $300 cheaper delivered via DHL International Express if I was inclined to source the same products from overseas suppliers rather than support a local independent business. Freight costs are a little pricey, while they are using Startrack, I was charged $54 all up for 2x carbs and 2x calibration kits Adelaide to Regional VIC ($40 for the two carbs and $14 for the two calibration kits inclusive of GST). The 2x carbs were sent via Startrack's 'EXP' service which is a road freight service and the calibration kits were sent via FPP service which came via air freight. From experience Startrack are one of the cheaper couriers, the weight and dimensions of the 2x carbs, $40 inclusive of GST via a road freight service seems excessive, maybe this could be because of how their online store calculates freight charges. The calibration kits came in an airbag satchel at $14 inclusive of GST, this is about right for a 1-3kg air freight satchel. Please take note of the 'comments' field for your online orders, if there was an issue with consolidating freight, its worth sh"
