"Absolutely disgusting manners to customers, I'm a qualified mechanic and they think because they tear cars apart and rip them down that they know what they are on about, amused to have one of their clerks argue with me over the phone and speak over the top of me as I was trying to explain something he could put to proper use as they have no idea what they are talking about, they sell second hand parts that are not roadworthy and try to tell you you know nothing about your own car 🤣"
