"Clayton's Towing have some incredible drivers who can levitate a car around a 3 point turn off the truck without turning the steering wheel(?) thereby NOT CAUSING the $5K damage to the front guards they say they didn't do and have called it 'Unjustified' even though their own supplied video shows the point where the steering wheel was turned in contravention to clear directions thereby 'Causing Wilful Damage' to property, a criminal offence in QLD! I wouldn't trust them to tow a box trailer or a billy cart and think they should stick to their Reality TV Cowboy antics. Aug 23 UPDATE; Still trying to invent excuses! They have now responded with images from their dash cam of the pickup supposedly showing myself pointing out the damage(?) to the vehicle's right side guard. In fact I was actually pointing out a scratch that the incompetent Clayton's driver had missed in his observation for the paperwork. The vehicle had been reversed straight back because the Left side was inaccessible being very close to the garage wall. The driver had requested that I move it back so he could examine it which I did cautiously. HE then drove up to the trucks extended ramp. Pity that that the supposed damage(?) isn't there then when the car is loaded as seen in the photos that I took from the side after the vehicle had been loaded? See the images below showing the scratch above the guard as described above (which just happens to be the only thing noted on the form in that area after pointing it out myself as it had been missed) and then the image showing the same undamaged side of the car just before and immediately after loading. Compare to those to the images after unloading????????? Note the gap in the front panels between the guard and the car's front panel? The gap is small and inline in my side on photo! Now its large! These are just on the right side! Similar damage was incurred on the left side and isn't it a pity because, the towing form shows that there was NO DAMAGE there at pickup. I still have the copy of the form which has been forwarded to my Lawyer. Explain that one Troy????????? A very angry customer!!!!!!!!!!! Beware."

Would recommend Clayton’s Towing to anyone as both times they rang ahead of arrival showing good communication, professionalism and customer service. I was very impressed with Mark who had great compassion for us and stayed with us until transport was sorted. He also managed and handled our vehicle with much care. Well done guys."
"After missing a turn on an unmarked and unfamiliar road I was encouraged by police to call a towing company as I was uninjured and my beautiful car was no longer drivable. I was very shaken up not having experienced a serious crash before and called a tow company who bluntly told me no not tonight. I then called Clayton’s towing, not only was the lady who took my call professional and efficient she was also very calming. After a short wait a driver by the name of Kevin arrived. He was excellent, very professional, giving clear and concise instructions and basic advice on how to proceed. The excellent service didn’t end there. I needed to remove some items from the car that had been towed to an unmanned holding yard. I contacted the company and spoke to a competent employee called Maddison who coordinated a local driver Ashley to meet me there so I could grab the food from the car and stop it from spoiling. Every encounter with this company was excellent. I can’t praise them all enough for the wonderful service. I don’t recommend anyone getting themselves into a situation where they need a tow. However if you do, I would call them first."

He was absolutely amazing in making sure I was okay and then helping me sort out and tow my car. He is an asset to the company and am very thankful he was there to keep us all safe on a busy highway."
