"I ordered some parts for my Series 2 four weeks ago and have still not received them. Paid for AusPost Express, but Australia Post say the tracking number provided doesn't match with the details and an Australia Post investigation can't find record of the package being sent. No communication from the seller despite multiple requests for more information and details of what is happening. Won't respond to emails or answer the phone. 4 weeks later I am escalating to Paypal and have to source the parts elsewhere."
"Giving this company a one star due to there lack of professionalism, done multiple orders in the last few months only to receive a small amount of what I paid for, and having to chase up my orders by phone, still waiting on a refund of things not received, rang multiple times, paid for express only to be sent standed post, left a one star review about a month ago, only to remove it because I felt sorry for them, but it has become a joke with there service unfortunately I will not returning as a customer! Super disappointed that’s for sure!!!"
"Like the majority of comments on here they are pretty useless and no doubt will comment on this and say it was all my fault. Ordered a part that states it’s in stock heard nothing for a couple weeks so emailed them to then be told it’s not in stock and ETA would be another 3 weeks with no apology whatsoever and very blunt emails I asked for my money back as couldn’t wait that long. Severe lack of customer service and will never use them again."
